温胆汤合四君子汤治疗胸痹58例的临床观察

古人将冠心病称为胸痹，为临床中老年人常见疾病，根据《金贵要略》论胸痹，认为阳气虚于上，痰湿等阴邪乘虚干扰而成本病。随着社会的进步，人们饮食及生活习惯的改变发现，临床导致胸痹的病机以脾气亏虚、痰瘀互结多见。笔者跟随导师李洁诊疗多名胸痹患者，运用温胆汤合四君子汤加减治疗胸痹58例，临床效果较满意。
