| 摘 要： | 作者等１９９７年８－１０月，参照Ｒｉｅｃｋｍａｎｎ体外微量测定法原理，制作了蒿甲醚测定板，并在云南南部测定了恶性疟原虫对该药及咯萘啶、氯喹的敏感性。测定成功率分别为７６．１９％（３２／４２）、７２．５０％（２９／４０）和７３．８１％（３１／４２）；ＩＤ５０依次为１８０、７２及１２８ｎｍｏｌ／Ｌ；ＩＤ９５为１６００、４１６及６４０ｎｍｏｌ／Ｌ。蒿甲醚板与氯喹板相比，测定成功率相同，疟原虫在各浓度药井中的抑制率亦同氯喹板一样，随药物浓度的增高而依次上升，而裂殖体形成例数依次减少。提示本文制作的蒿甲醚测定板药性稳定，测定结果可靠，可用于现场监测。咯萘啶与以往测定结果相比，敏感性又有所下降。

| Abstract: | In 1997, Rieckmann's microtechnic method has been applied to explore the sensitivity of P falciparum to artemether, pyronaridine and chloroquine in vitro The successful rates were 76 19%(32/42), 72 50%(29/40), and 73 81%(31/41); ID 50 were 180, 72, and 128 nmol/L; and ID 95 were 1600, 416 and 640 nmol/L respectively In comparison of chloroquine tested plate with artemether one,similar results i e the more drug concentration the more schizont inhibited rate and the less number of schizont formed were obtained The results showed that the function of the artemether tested plate was stable, reliable and it could be used for the in vitro susceptibility test in the field Besides, to compare the results in the past, the sensitivity of P falciparum was decreased in 1997 to pyronaridine |
