| 摘 要： | 本文通过对19例狼疮肾患者进行反T 抑制细胞分析,其中6例服用雷公藤治疗(30mg/d),7例服用强的松治疗(30mg/d),6例未服药(初发病).结果显示狼疮肾患者的CD_8~+VV~+细胞高于正常对照者。服用雷公藤后CD_8~+VV~+明显下降,与未服药组比较有显著差别(P<0.05),由此推测减少CD_8~+VV~+细胞可能是雷公藤的药理作用之一。

| Abstract: | Contrasuppressor T cell were analysed in 19 cases of lupus nephritis patients(6 cases weretreated with Txiplenygium Wilfordii Hook F 30mg/d,7 cases were treated with prednisone30mg/d,6 cases were untreated).Results showed that the content of CD_8~+VV~+ cells in lupusnephritis patients were higher than that in normal controls,and after taking Txiplenygium Wil-fordii Hook F the content lowered significantly,there existed significant differenec between thepatients treated with Txiplenygium Wilfordii Hook F and the patients untreated.We speculatedthat to lower the content of CD_8~+VV~+ cells may be one of the pharmacological effects of Txi-plenygiu Wilfordii Hook F. |
