| 摘 要： | 目的总结长期血液透析导管留置建立血液透析通路方法、并发症及效果。方法2007年7月至2009年2月,我科共行DSA下长期性带涤纶双腔血液透析导管置入术患者62例64次,均系终末期肾衰竭维持性血液透析治疗。结果本组置管62例共64次,62次在DSA下,2次在床边。4例因血流不畅,原位调整位置4次,重新置管2例,碎栓溶栓1例。62例患者置管后或调整后血液透析流量均达到230～300ml/min;57例留置随访至今均在使用。5例生存期<6个月。结论长期性血液透析导管留置在建立血液透析通路具有良好可行性,主要常见并发症为血流不畅,原因与置管位置及透析导管头位置相关。右侧颈内静脉为首选置管位置,双腔管头位置均应到达上腔静脉内;在DSA下具有定位准确,操作安全,调管方便等优点。
