啮齿类宿主动物与人感染汉坦病毒相关性

目的监测山东省2003-2004年汉坦病毒（HV）宿主动物感染状况，为制定防治措施提供依据。方法采用夹夜法捕捉HV宿主动物，液氮保存，用直接荧光法检测宿主动物肺抗原，间接荧光检测血清抗体。结果宿主动物HV带毒率分别为褐家鼠6．24％，小家鼠2．55％，黑线姬鼠5．00％，莉腈5．56％，其余鼠种未发现带毒，核酸分析均为汉城型HV；室内以褐家鼠和小家鼠为优势鼠种，野外以褐家鼠、黑线姬鼠和大仓鼠为优势鼠种；鼠带毒率与人间疫情间存在着明显的相关关系（r=0．920）。结论山东省HV宿主以褐家鼠和小家鼠为主。

Study on Hantavirus infection in rodents and people and their relationship in Shandong province

Objective To carry out surveillance on Hantavirus(HV) infection of rodents in Shandong Province,in 2004 and to offer a guidance for prevention and control of haemorrhagit fever with renal syndrome(HFRS). Methods Rodents species were captured by mouse cramp and kept in liquid-nitrogen.The HV antigen of lung issues of these rodents were tested with direct immunofluorescence assay(FA),HV antibody of lung issues of these rodents were tested with indirect immunofluorescence assay(IFA). Results The species of rodents carrying virus were Rattus noruegicus 6.24%,Mus Musmusculus 2.55%,Apodemus agrarius 5.00% and Sorex 5.56% in Shandong province.Analysis of nuclearacid of positive lungs were SEO.According to Pearson correlation analysis,at the level of 0.01,there was significant correlation between rodent HV carrying rate and human epidemic situation. Conclusion The HV rodents of Shandong province are Rattus noruegicus and Mus Musmusculus.
