| 摘 要： | 目的：观察火针治疗慢性软组织损伤的疗效。方法：选择颈椎病，背肌筋膜炎，腰肌劳损患者261例，随机分为火针治疗组137例，针灸对照组124例，对患者治疗前后疼痛程度，功能状态，硬结条索状物进行分级评分及综合疗效评定。结果：相同疗程后，火针组与针灸组各项指标的差异均有非常显著性意义（P＜0．01），结论：火针治疗慢性软组织损伤有一定疗效。

| Abstract: | Purpose To observe the therapeutic effect of fire needle therapy on chronic injury of soft tissues. Methods 261 cases of cervical spondylopathy, fascitis of muscles of back or lumbar muscle strain were randomly divided into fire needle therapy group(137 cases) and acupuncture moxibustion control group, and their pain degrees, functional states, indurative cords were graded and comprehensive therapeutic effects were assessed. Results After treatment of same courses, there were very significant differences between the two groups in the observed indexes ( P <0 01). Conclusion Fire needle therapy has a certain therapeutic effect on chronic injury of soft tissues. |
