局部光凝联合复方血栓通治疗对糖尿病视网膜内微血管异常的影响

目的探讨局部光凝联合复方血栓通胶囊治疗糖尿病视网膜病变（DR）视网膜内微血管异常的疗效。方法 60例视网膜内微血管异常的DR患者,随机分为观察组30例（30眼）和对照组30例（30眼）,两组患者均采用原有的降血糖及降血压等内科治疗。观察组采用局部光凝治疗并加用复方血栓通胶囊,对照组采用全视网膜光凝治疗,疗程均为12周。观察两组视力、视网膜病变及黄斑水肿等情况。结果两组在提高视力、改善视网膜病变、消退黄斑水肿方面,差异均有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论应用局部光凝联合复方血栓通胶囊治疗糖尿病视网膜病变视网膜内微血管异常有较好的临床疗效。

Effect of Partial Laser Photocoagulation Combined with Xueshuantong Complex Capsule on Intraretinal Microvascular Abnormalities

Objective To investigate the effect of partial laser photocoagulation combined with Xueshuantong complex capsule on intraretinal microvascular abnormalities. Method 60 patients with intraretinal microvascular abnormalities were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. 30 patients in observation group received partial laser photocoagulation combined with Xueshuantong complex capsule, while 30 patients in control group got panretinal photocoagulation. The best corrected visual acuity, retinopathy and macular edema after 12 weeks of treatment were abserved. Result In contrast to the control group, the observation group had better improvement of best corrected visual acuity, retinopathy and macular edema （P 0.05）. Conclusion Partial laser photocoagulation combined with Xueshuantong complex capsule is effective in treatment of diabetic patients with intraretinal microvascular abnormalities.
