支气管哮喘急性发作患者52例的院前急救分析

目的分析了支气管哮喘急性发作时进行院前急救的方法以及疗效。方法我急救中心于2009年1月到2011年5月呼吸科共接受支气管哮喘急性发作患者52例,对52例的临床治疗进行回顾性分析。结果患者在入院前进行急救处理,待病情明显转好后送医院进行治疗的47例,占90.38%。患者被紧急送到医院进行治疗患者有5例,占9.62%,其中1例在送往医院的过程中死亡。分析显示患者60岁以下病人病情的缓解能力（90.09%）显著高于60岁以上病人（70%）。结论支气管哮喘急性发作是一种常见的急救病种,该疾病病情发展极快,实施院前急救能明显缓解患者的病情的发展,能降低患者的死亡率,为患者得到更好的救治提供机会。

Clinical Analysis of Pre-hospitalized Emergency Treatment in 52 Patients with Acute Paroxysmal Bronchial Asthma

Objective To analyze the methods and curative effect of pre-hospitalized emergency treatment in patients with acute paroxysmal bronchial asthma. Methods The clinical data of 52 patients with acute paroxysmal bronchial asthma in our emergency center from January 2009 to May 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. Results 47 patients （90.38%） received the pre-hospitalized emergency treatment and were taken to the hospital when the patient＇s condition improved. 5 patients were taken to hospital imminently and one case was dead when being taken to the hospital. The alleviation of condition in patients less than 60 years （90.09%） was higher than that in patients over 60 years （70%）. Conclusions Acute paroxysmal bronchial asthma is a common emergency disease category with a fast development of patients＇ condition. Early intervention can alleviate the development of patients＇ condition, reduce the mortality and provide opportunity for better treatment.
