摘    要:目的分析血液标本不同放置时间对于生化检验结果的影响。方法采用BT3000全自动生化分析仪和IMS-972电解质分析仪,收集放置1h、3h、6h、24h后的血液标本,分别检测11项常规生化指标。结果标本放置3h结果有显著性差异的项目是GLU;放置6h结果有显著差异的是GLU、BUN、K+;放置24h时间结果有显著差异项目有K+、Na+、CL-、Ca2+、BUN、Cr、GLU、ALT、AST、ALP、GGT。结论标本放置时间对生化检测结果有影响,考虑到试验允许误差,检测血糖应在血液标本放置3h内完成;电解质测定特别是K+的检测应在血液标本放置6小时内完成。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the influence of different disposing time on biochemical test results of blood samples. Methods BT3000 automatic biochemical analyzer and IMS-972 electrolyte analyzer were used to detect 11 biochemical indices of blood samples deposited 1 h, 3 h, 6 h, 24 h respectively. Results The item of 3 h deposited samples that had significant difference was GLU; the items of 6 h deposited samples that had significant difference were GLU, BUN, K+; the items of 24 h deposited samples that had significant difference were K+, Na+, CL-, Ca2+, BUN, Cr, GLU, ALT, AST, ALP, GGT. Conclusion The disposing time of blood samples has influence on biochemical test results. The GLU detection should be taken within 3 h, the electrolyte detection especially K+ should be taken within 6 h.
