| 摘 要： | 目的观察低分子肝素联合生脉治疗慢性肺心脏病难治性心衰的临床疗效。方法将34例慢性肺心脏病难治性心衰患者随机均分为观察组和对照组。两组均作常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用低分子肝素钙和生脉。结果观察组临床显效率和总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.01或〈0.05）。结论低分子肝素联合生脉治疗慢性肺心脏病难治性心衰能提高临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of low molecular heparin and shengmai in treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease with refractory heart failure. Methods 34 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease with refractory heart failure were randomly divided into two groups, 17 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment, and the observation group received the routine treatment plus low molecular weight heparin calcium and shengmai. Results Observation group showed significant clinical efficiency and total efficiency were significantly higher than those of the control group （P 0.01 or 0.05）. Conclusions Low molecular heparin and shengmai injection can improve clinical curative effect in treating chronic pulmonary heart disease with refractory heart failure. |
