兰州市药物滥用流行病学特征分析调查

目的:调查与分析近一年多来,兰州市药物滥用的流行病学特征.方法:对兰州市大滩戒毒所2000年1月一2001年9月期间,收戒治疗的1520例药物依赖者,进行药物滥用登记表(由卫生部药政局、药物滥用监测中心制定)的登记和分析.结果:近期兰州市药物依赖者以16～35 a的青年汉族男性为主,无业者居多,文化程度普遍较低,多在初中或初中以下,毒品主要来源是黑市购买,滥用方式以烫吸为主,多药滥用问题比较突出,合用三唑仑、安定片、曲马多等一种以上药物的占96.20%.结论:兰州地区吸毒者的滥用方式以烫吸为主,注射99例,仅占6.53%,所以在一定程度上,扼制了艾滋病在本地区的流行.最后就上述特征提出了一些建议和具体措施.

An Analysis of the Epidenmiological Characteristics of Drug Abuse in Lanzhou City

Objective: More than one year's investigation and analyzation of the Epidemiology characteristic of drug abuse in Lanzhou area. Methods: The survey was carried out among 1520 drug dependences in Datan Drug Detoxification Station from January 2000 to September 2001. A drug-abuser questionnaire was administered in detoxification (medicine certificate bureau and medicine monitor center of the Healthy Department establishment). Moreover, We make contrast the age structure of abused medicine crowd in this district. Results: most of drug dependences in Lanzhou area are males of Han nationality aged from 16 to 35,especially, are unemployed and have fewer education with junior level or even below it. The main sources of these drugs are from a black-market. The main means of drug-abusing is smoking, the most outstanding problem is multi-medicine abuse. The combined use of such medicines as triazolam, diazepam, tramadol and so on is 96.20%. Conclusion:The abuse ways of drug addict is dominated by smoking.There are 99 injection cases, which is only 6.53%. So in some extenses it has reduced the transmission of AIDS. At last some advice and specific measures are put forward.
