| 摘 要： | 选择腹部无胃肠吻合口的手术病例80例,随机分组,治疗组应用西沙必利(Cisapride)促进胃肠动恢复,对照组自然恢复。结果显示治疗组肠鸣音恢复时间平均提早21h,肛门排气时间平均提早22h,腹胀程度平均减轻0.8个等级,差异有显著性(P<0.001)。认为西沙必利对术后胃肠动力障碍有明显疗效。推测对预防肠粘连也有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Eighty cases of abdominal operation patients without gastrointestinal anastomosis were randomly divided into two groups to study the gastrointestinal function during perioperative period. Cisapride was given to the therapeutic group. The results revealed that the intestinal gurgling reappearence time were shortened 21 hours and the flatus passing time were shortened 22 hours in average while abdominal fullness were relieved 0.8 grade in the therapeutic group. There was significant difference (P<0.001) between two groups. The authors concluded that cisapride had obvious promotion effect on postoperative gastrointestinal dynamics and may has an important value in intestinal adhesion prevention. |
