国产草酸铂、丝裂霉素、氟尿嘧啶辅以醛氢叶酸治疗转移性结、直肠癌的临床观察

目的 评价国产草酸铂（艾恒）、丝裂霉素、氟尿嘧啶辅以醛氢叶酸治疗转移性结、直肠癌的临床疗效及观察其毒副反应。方法 艾恒（L-OHP）130mg/m^2静滴，第1天，丝裂霉素6mg/m^2静脉中注，第1天，醛氢叶酸150mg/m^2静滴，第1-5天，5-Fu500mg静脉推注，500mg静滴，第1-5天，21天为1周期，连用2周期后进行评估。结果 19例患者总缓解率为63.2%（12/19），其中完全缓解率21.1%（4/19），部分缓解率42.1%（8/19）。毒副反应主要为白细胞减少，发生率为42.1%，Ⅲ度以上者仅5.3%，血红蛋白降低和血小板减少，分别为21.1%及26.4%，42.1%出现神经毒性反应，表现为口唇、颜面、指端感觉迟钝、麻木、遇冷加重，停药可逐渐恢复。结论 艾恒为主组成的LMF/CF方案治疗转移性结、直肠癌疗效较好，毒副作用较小。

Clinical observation of domestic oxaliplain mitomycin C and 5-fluorouracil in treating metastatic cancer of the colon and rectum

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of domestic oxaliplain(Ai Heng),mitomycin C(MMC) and 5 fluorouracil(5 Fu) in treating metastatic cancer of the colon and rectum and to observe toxic side effects of thse drugs.Methods Ai Heng(L OHP) 130mg/m 2 ivgtt, at Day 1;MMC 6mg/m 2 iv,at Day 1;CF 150mg/m 2 ivgtt,from Day 1 to Day 5;5 Fu 500mg iv,5 Fu 500mg ivgtt from Day 1 to Day 5.Each cycle included 21 days,after two continuous cycles,evaluation was performed.Results Among 19 patients,overall respond rate was 63.2%(12/19),thereinto,complete respond rate(CR) was 21.1%(4/19),partial respond rate(PR) was 42.1%(8/19).Main toxic side effects were leukopenia,the frequency of which was 42.1% anemia and thrombocytopenia,the frequency was 21.1% and 26.4% respectively.42.1% of patients appeared neural toxicity.These sympotoms would disappear gradually after ceasing the treatment.Conclusion Efficiency of the regiment(LMF/CF)which mainly contains Ai Heng is perfect in treating metastasis cancer of the colon and rectum,and the toxic side effect of the regimen is little.
