| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨类风湿关节炎不同阶段甲襞微循环及血液流变学的变化。方法 按类风湿关节炎国际统一的诊断分期标准分为早期、缓解期和晚期，分别观察甲襞微循环及血液流变学变化，结果早期、缓解期和晚期患者甲襞微循环及血液流变学指标均有不同程度的改变。结论 类风湿关节炎存在微循环障碍和血液流变学异常，并有髓着病程的延长而有逐渐加重的倾向。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the changes of nailfold microcirculation and hemorrheology of the patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods We divided the patients into three groups:early,relieved and late stage according to the international standard of RA diagnosis,The changes of nailfold microcircula-tion and hemorrheology of each group were observed.Results The nailfold microcirculation and hemorrheology of three groups changed to diffierent extent.Conclusions There were microcirculation stasis and pathologic changes of hemorrheology in RA patients,and the tendency was that the longer the disease lasts,the more serious the pathologic changes were. |
