心理干预在大面积烧伤患者治疗中的应用

目的:分析总结大面积烧伤患者在救治过程中的心理变化状态,探讨有效的心理干预措施.方法:在2006年～2008年收治的大面积烧伤患者中,随机抽取78例,针对不同时期、不同个体、不同程度的心理障碍实施心理干预.结果:通过对患者实施心理干预,使患者树立了战胜疾病的信心和生活勇气,感受到生存的价值.结论:及时有效地心理干预可解决大面积烧伤患者的焦虑、恐惧等心理问题,使其积极主动配合治疗.

Application of Physiological Intervention in Treating Extensive Burns

Objective： To analyze and summarize extensive burn patient＇s psychological change in the whole of treatment and to explore the effective measures of psychological interventions. Method： 78 cases were collected randomly from the extensive burn patients in the period of 2006 - 2008. Psychological intervention was conducted according to patients＇ psychological disorder in different periods, different individuals and different levels. Results： Having received psychological intervention, the patients established a disease -fighting confidence and courage in life and feel the value of life. Conclusion： Timely and effectively psychological intervention can resolve the extensive burn patients＇ psychological problems including anxiety and fear so that the patients can cooperate with medical staff for the treatment actively.
