| 摘 要： | 目的：确定布拖附子最佳采收期。方法：采用折干率实验,研究不同生长期附子的产量,采用甲橙比色法测定附子中总生物碱含量。结果与结论：从药材内在质量和产量两方面综合考虑,确定8月20日至9月10日为布拖附子的最佳采收期。

| Abstract: | Objective: To determine the best harvest time of monkshood in Butuo. Methods: Researches the crop of monkshood in different growth periods by the experiment of drying rate, measures the total quantity of alkaloid contained in monkshood by xylenol orange colorimetry . Results and Conclusion: We consider from the quality and quantity of material of medicinal , the best harvest time of monkshood in Butuo is between Aug 20 and Sep 10. |
