地榆粉栓塞子宫动脉治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效

目的探讨子宫动脉中药地榆粉栓塞对子宫肌瘤的治疗效果。方法对32例子宫肌瘤患者行超选择性子宫动脉造影和栓塞治疗,并进行术后随访。其中随访3个月者4例,6个月者11例,24个月者17例。同时观察子宫肌瘤的血供情况,栓塞治疗疗效以及对患者生理、生育情况和肌瘤复发率的影响。结果子宫动脉造影显示子宫肌瘤以一侧动脉供血者75%,两侧动脉同时供血者21.88%,卵巢动脉参与供血者为3.12%。随访患者中,治愈者12.5%,显效者65.62%,有效者18.75%,无效者3.13%。有3例患者自然受孕或避孕失败而受孕。随访6~12个月,未见术后再发生肌瘤。结论地榆粉子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤较其它疗法更加安全、可靠,是一种行之有效的方法,特别是对粘膜下肌瘤的治疗,基本可达到治愈效果。

The clinical research for intercurrent treatment in uterus myomas by Sanguisorba officinalisl

Objective To evaluate the clinic curative effects of uterine arterial embolization by sanguisorba officinalisl for the treatment of uterus myomas. Methods Thirty two patients with uterus myomas were treated with selective uterine for 3~24 months to observe the color Doppler, clinical effects, physiological condition, pregnant rate, recurrence of uterus myomas. Of them, 4 cases were followed up for 3 months, 11 for 6 months, 17 for 24months. Results The blood supply to the uterus myomas was as follows: dominantly from unilateral uterine artery (75%), from bilateral uterine artery (21.88%), and partly from ovarian artery (3.12%). In all the cases followed up, complete disappearance of the uterus myomas was noted in 4 cases (2.5%), remarkable reduction volume of the uterus myomas was seen in 21(65.62%), moderate reduction in 6(18.75%), and no definite change in 1(3.13%). There were 3 pregnant cases. And no recurrent myomas were noted during the followed up periods for 6-12 months. Conclusion Uterine artery embolization by Sanguisorba officinalisl for the treatment of uterus myomas is more effective, reliable and safe than other methods, especially more appropriate for treating submucous myomas.
