三硝基甲苯作业工人和HBsAg阳性者血清磷酸化酶a活性的变化

摘    要:对河南某化工厂TNT作业工人劳动卫生学调查结果发现,车间空气中TNT浓度多数均超过国家最高允许浓度(MAC=1mg/m3),工人皮肤污染较严重。血清磷酸化酶a活性测定结果表明,TNT接触组明显高于对照组,而HBsAg阳性组与对照组比较无明显差异。推测TNT与HBsAg阳性肝损伤机理可能不同,可考虑以磷酸化酶a活性的变化作为评价TNT早期肝损伤的指标。

Abstract:The results of occupational investigations in the plant operating trinitrotoluene(TNT)in He Nan province showed that the TNT concentrations in air of the workplaces mostly exceeded the national maximum allowable concentration(MAC=1mg/m 3)and the skin of the exposed workers appeared to be severely contaminated.The activity of serum GPT and positive rate of HBsAg in both exposed and control group showed no significant differences.However,serum phosphorylase A activities in TNT exposed workers increased significantly.It suggested that changes of serum phosphorylase A activities might serve as an index for detecting early liver damage induced by TNT.
