TNT作业工人和HBsAg阳性者血清甘油三酯和胆固醇水平变化

对河南某化工厂ＴＮＴ作业工人劳动卫生调查结果发现，车间空气中ＴＮＴ浓度多数均超过国家最高允许浓度（ＭＡＣ＝１ｍｇ／ｍ３），工人皮肤污染严重。ＴＮＴ接触组血清甘油三酯含量极显著低于对照组，而胆固醇含量极显著高于对照组。然而，ＨＢｓＡｇ阳性组血清甘油三酯和胆固醇含量与对照组比较无明显差异，表明ＨＢｓＡｇ阳性者，对肝脏脂肪代谢无影响，可考虑以血清甘油三酯和胆固醇水平的变化，作为评价ＴＮＴ早期肝损伤的指标。

Changes of triglyceride and cholesterol in serum of TNT exposed workers and HBsAg positive workers

The occupational survey and health sarveillance of a trinitrotoluene(TNT) plant in Henan province were carried.It showed that workplace TNT concentration in air had exceeded national maximum allowable concentration(MAC=1mg/m 3) and the skin of the workers exposed to TNT was severely contaminated.The serum GPT activities and HBsAg positive rate in both exposure groups and control groups had no significant difference.However,a lower levels of triglyceride and higher level of cholesterol were shown in serum of workers exposed to TNT than those in controls( P <0.01, P <0.005).Meanwhile,the levels of triglyceride and cholesterol in serum of workers with positive HBsAg showed no difference with those of controls.It suggested that the change of triglyceride and cholesterol levels in serum of workers exposed to TNT might serve as an index of TNT exposure.
