| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨持续呼吸道正压吸氧(CPAP)治疗新生儿窒息合并呼吸衰竭的观察和护理。方法:将新生儿窒息合并呼吸衰竭122例随机分为两组,治疗组72例采用CPAP治疗,对照组50例采用头罩吸氧,均辅以综合治疗与护理。结果:治疗组血气指标PaO2及SaO2明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:CPAP治疗新生儿窒息合并呼吸衰竭效果满意,能有效减少并发症发生。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the nursing care in the treatment of neonatal asphyxia associated with respiratory failure by CPAP.Methods: 122 neonates with neonatal asphyxia associated with respiratory failure were divided into treatment group(n=72) and control group(n=50).CPAP and oxygen inhalation with mask were respectively used in the treatment group and control group,at the same time auxiliary treatment and nursing care were adopted.Results: PaO_2 and SaO_2 were apparently higher in the treatment group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: CPAP is satisfied and has effective outcome in the treatment of neonatal asphyxia associated with respiratory failure,and can decrease the complicatioms. |
