某军校600名新生视力状况分析

目的 了解军校入学新生视力状况，为军队院校高考招生视力体检工作提供参考意见。方法 采用标准对数视力表，对某军队指挥院校600名普通高中毕业入伍新生进行裸眼视力、矫正视力、近视力和裂隙灯检查，裸眼视力达到或超过4、9为合格，裸眼视力低于4．9或行角膜屈光手术为不合格。结果 600名新生中，眼科检查合格占86．92％，不合格占13．08％，视力不合格新生中，裸眼视力不合格占45．22％，角膜屈光手术占54．78％。裸眼视力不合格新生中高度近视占2．82％，中度近视占29．58％，轻度近视占67．60％，近视力全部正常。角膜屈光手术新生中高度近视占16．28％，中度近视占54．65％，轻度近视占29．07％，远视力全部正常。结论 军校新生视力体检不合率高，体检把关不严，招生监督不力是其主要因素，军校招生视力体检要求中的标准欠合理，不完全切合实际也是重要因素。建议完善招生体检制度，加强监督；调整现行的视力体检标准。

Analysis of eyesight status among 600 freshmen in a military university

Objective To understand the status of freshmen's eyesight in military school, and provide references for eyesight checkup in military school student selection. Methods Standard logarithmic visual chart was used to test natural eyesight, rectified eyesight, myopia eyesight, and slit lamp examination was also included. The natural eyesight reaching 4.9 or over was considered to be qualified, and the eyesight below 4.9 or keratectomy sufferers were unqualified. Results Among 600 freshmen, 86.92% of their eyesight was qualified, 13.08% unqualified, and the percentages of natural eyesight un-qualifiers and keratectomy sufferers were 45.22% and 54.78%, respectively. Among natural eyesight unqualified students, the percentages of high myopia, moderate myopia and low myopia were 2.82%, 29.58% and 67.60% respectively while myopia eyesight was normal. Among keratectomy sufferers, the percentages of high myopia, moderate myopia and low myopia were 16.28%, 54.65% and 29.07%, while hyperopic eyesight was normal. Conclusions The cheat at eyesight checkup and deficiency of surveillance were the main factors lead to the poor status among freshmen in military school eyesight reexamination, and the unsuitable standard of the eyesight checkup was also a key factor. It is necessary to rectify the checkup system, strengthen the surveillance, and adjust the current standard of eyesight checkup.
