| 摘 要： | 综述了应用代谢工程技术对微生物次级代谢的调控，以及与组学研究相结合的研究进展，并结合我院对抗生素产生菌的代谢工程研究，总结了在柔红霉素产生菌天蓝淡红链霉菌中所取得的一些阶段性研究结果。

| Abstract: | The research progress in the regulation of secondary metabolism in microorganism via metabolic engineering and its combination with omics study are reviewed briefly. Especially regarding to antibiotic production, extensive results are described in daunorubicin-producing strain Streptomyces coeruleorubidus. |
