耳压及推按运经仪预防胆囊结石复发的疗效分析

目的：观察耳压及推按运经仪预防保胆取石术后患者胆囊结石复发的效果；方法：将78例保胆取石术后患者随机分成对照组及治疗组，每组39例，分别予不同治疗，2年后观察胆囊壁的厚度及胆囊收缩功能的变化。结果：治疗组胆囊壁厚度显著低于对照组，收缩功能则高于对照组（P〈0．001），对照组有1例结石复发。结论：耳压及推按运经仪能减轻及消除胆囊壁的炎症，增强胆囊的收缩功能，有助于防止胆囊结石的复发。

Analysis on Curative Effects of Recurrence Rate of Gallbladder Stones after Mini-invasion Endoscopic Stone Extraction Technique With Gallbladder Remaining by Means of Auricular and Meridian-pressing

Objective To study the recurrence rate of gallbladder stones after the mini-invasion endoscopic stone extraction technique with gallbladder remaining by means of auricular and meridian-pressing. Methods 78 patients were divided into the control group and the treatment group.39 patients in each group received different treatment respectively. In the end, the wall thickness of gallbladder and the function of the gallbladder contraction were detected. Results The wall thickness of gallbladders of the patients thinned remarkably and the function of the gallbladder contraction of the patients enhances obviously, which were better than those of the control group. The curative effect of auricular and meridian-pressing therapy group is better than that of the control group. There are 1 cases of recurrence in the control group. Oonclusion This kind of therapy method can abate and abscise the inflammation of the gallbladder wall and enhance the function of the gallbladder contraction, helping preventing recurrence of gallbladder stones.
