早期喂养对新生儿黄疸及体重的影响

目的研究增加新生儿早期摄入量对新生儿黄疸及出院体重的影响。方法将同期出生的健康足月新生儿280例随机分为干预组和对照组各140例。两组新生儿均进行母乳喂养,干预组在母乳充足前按需添加配方奶。记录新生儿第1次排黄便的时间、母乳达充足的时间,每日测量新生儿体重,经皮测胆红素值。结果干预组经皮胆红素值明显低于对照组,差异有显著意义(P<0.01),两组新生儿体重下降最大值差异有显著意义(P<0.05),母乳量达充足的时间差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论增加新生儿早期摄入量可减轻新生儿黄疸,减少体重下降,增加出院体重。

Effects of early feeding on neonatal jaundice and weight

Objective To study the effects of increasing early feeding on neonatal jaundice and body weight on discharge. Methods 280 healthy newborns born in the same period were randomly divided into two groups, intervention group and control group, with each group having 140 cases. All neonates of two groups were given breast-feeding. In addition, formula milk was added in the intervention group. The first defecation time, the adequate breast feeding time, everyday body weight, bilirubin value per cutem were measured and recorded.Results The bilirubin value in intervention group was much lower than that in the control group (P<0.01).The maximum of body weight diminution in the two groups also exhibited significant difference (P<0.05).The time to reach adequate breast feeding was matched between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion An increased intake of neonatal early feeding can mitigate neonatal jaundice and raise body weight on discharge.
