穴位贴敷治疗膝骨关节炎镇痛效果观察

目的 观察穴位贴敷治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效.方法 将67例膝骨关节炎患者分为对照组(玻璃酸钠注射液膝关节腔内注射)、治疗组(穴位贴敷)进行治疗.采用视觉模拟评分(VAS)进行评分,比较两组治疗前、治疗后1星期、2星期、3星期、4星期、5星期后的VAS评分变化.结果 两组治疗后VAS评分均明显降低(P＜0.05).治疗组治疗后1星期、2星期、3星期、4星期、5星期VAS降低幅度大于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 穴位贴敷可以明显改善膝骨关节炎的临床症状,镇痛效果满意.

Observations on the Analgesic Effect of Acupoint Application on Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of acupoint application on knee osteoarthritis. Method Sixty-seven patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly allocated to control （knee joint intracavitary injection of sodium hyaluronate） and treatment （acupoint application） groups. The symptoms were scored using the Visual Analogue Scale （VAS）. The pain scores were compared between pretreatment and 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 weeks posttreatment. Result The VAS score decreased significantly in both groups after treatment （P〈0.05）. The difference in the VAS score was significantly larger in the treatment group than in the control group after 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 weeks of treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint application can markedly improve the clinical symptoms of knee osteoarthritis and has a satisfactory analgesic effect.
