| 摘 要： | 目的 观察穴位埋线配合超短波治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效.方法 将90例患者随机分为3组,每组30例.埋线组行穴位埋线和超短波治疗,超短波组行超短波治疗,药物组行常规药物治疗.3组均治疗2个疗程后观察疗效.结果 埋线组总有效率显著高于超短波组和药物组(P＜0.05).结论 穴位埋线配合超短波治疗与单纯超短波或药物治疗相比,能显著提高疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of combined use of acupoint thread embedding and ultrashort wave in treating chronic pelvic infection. Method Ninety patients with pelvic infection were randomized into three groups, 30 in each. The thread embedding group was intervened by acupoint thread embedding and ultrashort wave; the ultrashort wave group was by ultrashort wave; the medication group was by conventional medication. The effects were evaluated after 2 treatment courses for the three groups. Result The total effective rate of the thread embedding group was significantly higher than that in the ultrashort wave group and the medication group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with ultrashort wave and medication, combined use ofacupoint thread embedding and ultrashort wave significantly enhances the treatment effect. |
