奥硝唑对口腔颌面外科术后感染的干预作用研究

目的:探讨奥硝唑对口腔颌面外科术后感染的干预作用。方法:选择口腔颌面Ⅱ类手术切口患者58例,术后应用奥硝唑0.5g,qd,iv,连续用药3d,观察奥硝唑对其术后感染干预效果。结果:奥硝唑干预治疗后44例显效,11例有效,3例无效;总有效率94.8%。结论:奥硝唑对口腔术后伤口厌氧菌感染有一定的干预作用。

Intervention Effect of Ornidazole on the Postoperative Infection of Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

Objective：To investigate the intervention effect of ornidazole o on the postoperative infection of department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Methods：Selected 58 cases of patients with hospital oral and maxillofacial Ⅱ class incision. Patients start u- sing ornidazole （0.5g,qd,iv） postoperative,and continuous medication for 3 days. To observing the intervention effect of ornidazole on the postoperative infection. Results： 44 cases were markedly effective, 11 cases of patients were effective, 3 patients were invalid; the total effective rate was 94.8 %. Conclusion：It is effective and safe to treat anaerobic infections after maxillofacial plastic surger- y with injection of ornidazole.
