| 摘 要： | 在认识到针刺双向调节效应作为针刺效应的一种表现形式的基础上,通过分析针刺效应普遍影响因素及针刺双向调节效应特有影响因素,进行整理归纳,认为影响针刺双向调节效应的因素是多方面多层次的,其主要可总结为三大方面,即针刺的作用方式,针刺腧穴的特异性,机体的状态或内外环境.

| Abstract: | The general factors influencing the effect of acupuncture and the specific factors influencing the bidirectional regulating effect of acupuncture are analyzed and summed up on the basis of understanding that the bidirectional regulating effect of acupuncture is one of the forms of acupuncture effects. It is considered that the factors influencing the bidirectional regulating effect of acupuncture are omnifarious and multilevel. They can be summarized as three large aspects, that is, the mode of acupuncture action, the specificity of acupuncture point and bodily states or internal-external environments. |
