季德胜蛇药片联合拉米夫定治疗湿热中阻型慢性乙型肝炎临床观察

目的:探讨季德胜蛇药片联合拉米夫定治疗湿热中阻型慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法:将65例乙型肝炎患者随机分为两组,A组35人,采用季德胜蛇药片联合拉米夫定治疗;B组30人,采用拉米夫定单药治疗。治疗过程中分别在4周、12周、48周观察患者的中医症候、检测患者的生化指标、免疫学及病毒学指标。结果:在改善中医症候、生化指标、免疫学指标、抗病毒应答、病毒耐药方面治疗组明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但在病毒DNA转阴、HBeAg转阴率方面,两组比较无明显差异。结论:季德胜蛇药片联合拉米夫定治疗湿热中阻型慢性乙型肝炎,可有效改善中医症候,改善肝功能,提高病毒应答作用和减少病毒耐药率。

Ji Desheng Antivenornous Tablets in Combination with Lamivudine in Treatment of Damp--heat Type Chronic Hepatitis B Clinical Observation.

Objective： Discussion of Ji Desheng Sheyao tablets in combination with lamivudine in treatment of damp-heat type chronic hepa- titis B. Methods： 65 cases of hepatitis B patients were randomly divided into two groups, A group of 35 people, with Ji Desheng antive- nornous tablets in combination with lamivudine therapy; B group of 30 people, using lamivudine monotherapy on. Results：On the improvement of TCM syndrome, biochemical index, immune index , antiviral response, viral re- sistance in treatment group than in control group. The two groups had significant difference （P〈0.05）;But in the virus DNA negative, HBeAg conversion rate, comparison of the two groups showed no statistical significance. Conclusion： Ji Desheng antivenornous tablets in combination with lamivudine can effectively improve the traditional Chinese medicine, improving liver function, enhances viral response func- tion and reduction of virus resistance rate in The damp-heat type chronic hepatitis B.
