奋乃静片含量测定方法的比较

目的:比较奋乃静片含量测定的两种不同方法。方法:采用UV-对照品法和HPLC法分别测定奋乃静片的含量。结果:UV-对照品法测得奋乃静在0.996～8.964μg/mL的范围内与吸收度呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.9%,RSD=0.25%(n=9)。HPLC法测得奋乃静在8.048～40.24μg/mL的范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999,n=5),测得平均回收率为99.9%,RSD=1.09%(n=9)。结论:HPLC法准确度高,线性关系良好,与UV-对照品法测得结果一致,可用于奋乃静片的质量控制。

Method Comparison of Determination of Perphenazine Tablets

Objective：To compare two different methods of determining the content of perphenazine tablets. Methods： Perphena- zine tablets were determined by UV and HPLC. Results： The linear range of UV and HPLC was 0. 996μg·mL-1-8. 964μg·mL-1 , and 8. 048μg·mL-1-40.24μg·mL-1 ; the average recoveries of UV and HPLC was 99.9% with RSD=0.25% （n=9） ,and 99.6 % with RSD = 1.09 % （n= 9）. Conclusion ： The HPLC method is accurate, good linear relationship, the reselt of two methods are similar, it can be used for the quality control of perphenazine tablets.
