黎、苗族孕妇98例低体重儿临床分析

目的:探讨黎、苗族孕妇足月低体重儿的原因及防治。方法:收集黎、苗族孕妇分娩的单胎、双胎足月低体重儿98例,分析引起低体重儿的病因。结果:足月低体重儿女婴高于男婴,且初产妇多于经产妇,双胎妊娠足月低体重儿亦多见。结论:足月低体重儿与孕妇体重、身高、营养状况、妊娠年龄、胎产次及孕妇不良嗜好有密切关系。

Clinical Analysis on the Li and Miao Pregnant Women 98 Cases of the Low Birth Weight

Conclusion：The conclusions term low birth weight and maternal weight, height, nutritional status, gestational age, parity, parity, pregnant women and bad habits is closely related.
