针灸配合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效分析

目的:探讨针灸配合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床治疗效果。方法:选取64例椎动脉型颈椎病患者为研究对象。根据实施治疗的方法不同随机分成两组,分别为治疗组和对照组,每组32例患者,针对治疗效果进行比较分析。结果:两组患者总有效率比较,治疗组优于对照组,且组间比较P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。治愈患者疗程组间比较,治疗组优于对照组,且组间比较P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:针灸配合推拿治疗本病疗效明显,有较高的临床价值。

Acupuncture Combined with Massage on Vertebral Artery Type Cervical Vertebra Disease Curative Effect anAlysis

Objective：To study the acupuncture and moxibustion combined with massage in treating cervical spondylosis of verte- bral artery type clinical therapeutic effect. Methods： from November to 2011 in our hospital in 2010November was admitted to the hospital for treatment of 64 cases of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis patients as research object. According to the imple- mentation of treatment methods with different random divided into two groups, respectively, into the treatment group and control group, each group of 32 patients, the therapeutic effects were compared analysis. Results：the two groups of patients with compari- son of the total effective rate in treatment group than in control group, and the comparison between groups P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Cure a patient treatment comparison group, treatment group was superior to the control group, and the comparison between groups P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： Acupuncture and moxibustion com- bined with massage in treating this disease curative effect is apparent, have a high clinical value.
