| 摘 要： | 目的探究治疗三叉神经痛的较佳方法。方法将62例三叉神经痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组31例采用电针配合刺血方法,对照组31例服用卡马西平。结果治疗组总有效率为87.1%,对照组总有效率为64.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针配合刺血治疗三叉神经痛总有效率优于内服卡马西平。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore a satisfactory method in treating trigeminal neuralgia. Method Sixty-two patients with trigeminal neuralgia were randomized into a treatment group and a control group. 31 patients in the treatment group were managed by electroacupuncture and bleeding therapy, and the other 31 patients in the control group were prescribed with Carbamazepine. Result The total effective rate was 87.1% in the treatment group versus 64.5% in the control, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Electroacupuncture plus bleeding therapy produces higher total effective rate than Carbamazepin in treating trigeminal neuralgia. |
