硒氟联合作用对雄性大鼠生殖毒性的影响

摘    要:通过饮水加氟、加硒的方法,观察氟、硒对大鼠精了形态学指标的影响。结果表明,氟可使大鼠精数目减少,精子活动率和活动度降低,精子畸形率升高,给氟同时给予硒,则可以拮抗氟的这种作用。说明氟对大鼠存在的生殖毒性,而加硒则可以拮抗氟的生殖毒性。

Abstract:Sodium fluoride and sodium selenite in deionized water were administered to male rats for 8 weeks. The count, mobility and morphological change of sperm were observed. The present results showed that NaF could reduce the sperm count and sperm mobility, and increase the abnormal sperm significantly. It was found that combined administration of fluoride and selenium to male rats could decrease this kind of effect of fluoride. Thus, it could be concluded that fluoride can cause the reproductive toxicity in male rats, indeed, whereas selenium can antagonize with the reproductive toxicity of fluoride.
