锌锰钼对大鼠小肠氟吸收的影响

摘    要:应用小肠原位灌流法,流液含量量为50mgF/L,锌、锰、钼含量分别为「醋酸锌(1500mg)、氯化锰(130mg)、钼酸铵(200mg)」/L,灌流液总量40ml,灌流小肠和蔗30cm,闭式循环灌流40分。结果显示,实验组灌流液F相对净减率变化趋势与对照组相似,但低于对照组,绝对净减率明显减少。实验组门静脉血F一明显低于对照组。灌流液中F在体外常温常压下未见减少。

Abstract:Perfusion of the small intestine in situ was performed in Wistar rats. Total volume of perfusion fluid was 40ml. The perfusion length was about 30cm. Closed circuit perfusion was performed for 40 minutes. The relative net decrease rate of F - in perfusion fluid in experimental group was less than, but showed a change tendency which was similar to, that in control group. Furthermore, compared with the control, the absolute net decrease rate evidently was decreased. The concentration of F - in the blood sample taken from portal vein was found to be significantly reduced. This depletion of F - in perfusion fluid which was tested in vitro under ordinary temperature and pressure was not found.
