摘    要:目的 探讨苦参素对人食管癌Eca-109细胞增殖周期的影响及其机制.方法 运用流式细胞术检测细胞周期变化和调控细胞增殖周期相关蛋白CyclinD1和CDK4的表达.结果 与阴性对照组和阳性对照组比较,苦参素对Eca-109细胞持续作用48 h后,G0/G1期细胞明显增多,S期细胞明显减少(P均<0.05);CyclinD1和CDK4的表达量均随苦参素剂量增加而减少.结论 苦参素可以明显将人食管癌Eca-109细胞阻滞于G0/G1期,其主要机制可能与CyclinD1及CDK4的低表达有关.

Abstract:Objective To investigate mechanism of oxymatrine affecting Eca-109 cell cycle.Methods The cell cycle and CyclinD1,CDK4 were detected by Flow Cytometry.Results The cells in G0/G1-phase of Eca-109 were higher than those in control groups(P<0.05).The cells in S-phase of Eca-109 were lower than those in control groups(P<0.05).The expression of CyclinD1,CDK4 were reduced depending the dose improvement of oxymatrine(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxymatrine has significantly blocked the cell cycle in G0/G1 phase of the human...
