| 摘 要： | 通过古文献的分析整理初步确立胸痹热证的常见临床表现,临床观察111例冠心病(胸痹)患者,运用SPSS统计软件logistics回归分析处理数据,阐明了胸痹热证的证候特点:心与舌密切相关,苔黄对胸痹热证的诊断贡献度最大,便秘是胸痹热证的常见症状,脉数是常见的定性症状,咽干、咽痛具有较强的特异性和敏感性,恶心呕吐与烦躁也是胸痹热证的常见临床表现。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the retrieval and the clinical study on 111 cases of thoracic obstruction,illuminate the characteristics of the heat syndrome,which the yellow-coated tongue is the most important symptom,frequent pulse is the qualitative symptom,dry pharynx and angina are the site-specific symptoms,constipation and dry stool,nausea and vomiting and restlessness are the familiar ones. |
