蒙药冬葵果的薄层色谱鉴别

摘    要:目的建立冬葵果的薄层鉴别方法。方法用柱层析法分离、波谱法鉴定冬葵果中的有效成分咖啡酸,用薄层色谱法对冬葵果中咖啡酸进行定性鉴别。结果从冬葵果中分离、鉴定出咖啡酸;冬葵果的薄层鉴别方法展开效果理想,重复性好。结论薄层鉴别法准确、简便,可用于控制冬葵果的质量。

Abstract:Objective To establish the method for identification of Fructus Malvae.Methods The column chromatography and the wave spectroscopy were used to isolate and identify the effective component caffeic acid of Fructus Malvae.The thin layer chromatography(TLC) was used to qualitative identification of caffeic acid.Results Caffeic acid was isolated and identified from Fructus Malvae.The TLC identification method of Fructus Malvae had the ideal expanding effect with good repetitiveness.Conclusion The method is easy and accurate,which can be used as a quality control method for Fructus Malvae.
