培养护生在老年病房临床思维能力初探

随着生物-心理向生理-心理-社会医学模式的转变，为了更好地适应新时期护理模式对护理人员多元化的高素质要求，培养德才兼备的实用型护理人才至关重要。由于老年患者多患有多器官疾病，通过培养护生临床思维能力，对初进老年病房实习的护生进行护理操作及理论考核，与出科时相比较，成绩明显提高，老年患者满意率及临床护理质量随之提高，带教老师的自身素质和带教水平也显著提高。
