| 摘 要： | 目的:测定新疆赤芍及炮制品其有效成分芍药苷、微量元素含量并作比较。方法:高效液相色谱法、原子吸收分光光度法、比色法。结果:各种炮制品中芍药苷、微量元素含量与生品新疆赤芍相比均有差异;醋炒新疆赤芍中芍药苷、微量元素变化明显,Zn元素在新疆赤芍及炮制品无明显变化。结论:从芍药苷、微量元素的含量来看,炮制品与新疆赤芍相比均有变化,待进一步与药理作用结合研究。

| Abstract: | Objective: Determine and compare the contents of Paeoniflorin and trace elements in Paeonia sinjiangensis K.Y.Pan.and itsdifferent processed products.Method:Using RP-HPLC and atomic absorption spectrometry.Result:the contents of Paeoniflorin and trace elements in Paeonia sinjiangensis K.Y.Pan.processed with vinger is the highest among all processed products.the contents of Zn element do not have obvious change.Conclusion:According to the Paeoniflorin and trace Elements contents,different processed products of Paeonia sinjiangensis K.Y.Pan.have their own abvantage,which should be research combining with pharmacological effect further more. |
