CA125、CA72-4和TSGF联合检测在卵巢癌中的应用(附113例分析)

目的　探讨联合检测血清 CA12 5、 CA 72 - 4和肿瘤相关物质群 (TSGF)的含量对卵巢癌的临床诊断、疗效观察及病情监测的价值。方法　卵巢癌患者 75例、卵巢良性肿瘤患者 38例及健康妇女 38例的血清样品 ,分别用电化学发光免疫测定法和化学比色定量法测定 CA12 5、CA72 - 4和 TSGF含量。结果　与良性肿瘤组和健康妇女组相比 ,卵巢癌患者血清 CA12 5、 CA72 - 4和 TSGF的含量明显升高 (P<0 .0 1) ,三项标志物的阳性检出率分别是88.0 %、 6 9.3%和 86 .6 % ,三者联合检测阳性率为 97.3%。卵巢癌患者血清 CA12 5、CA72 - 4、TSGF含量于治疗后与治疗前相比 ,有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论　三项肿瘤标志物对卵巢肿瘤的良恶性辅助诊断及鉴别诊断具有一定应用价值 ,联合检测不仅可以提高卵巢癌的阳性诊断率 ,对卵巢癌的疗效观察和术后监测也具有重要价值。

Clinical value of combined detection of CA125, CA72-4 and TSGF in the diagnosis of ovary cancer:Report of 113 cases

Objective To study the clinical value of combined detection of the serum levels of CA125,CA72-4 and tumor supplied group factors(TSGF)in the diagnosis of ovary cancer and the observation of the curative effect.Methods Serum levels of CA125,CA72-4 and TSGF in 75 patients with ovary cancer,38 patients with benign ovary tumor and 38 normal controls were measured by elctrochemiluminescence immuno-assay(ECLIA)and chemical colorimetry.Results The levels of CA125,CA72-4 and TSGF in ovary cancer group were significantly higher than those in benign ovary tumor and normal control groups(P<0.01).Sensitivities of CA125,CA72-4 and TSGF were 88%,69.3% and 86.6%,respectively.Sensitivity of combined detection of three kinds tumor markers was 97.3%.The levels of CA125,CA72-4 and TSGF in patients with ovary cancer were significantly different after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of CA125,CA72-4 and TSGF are helpful in diagnosis and in differential diagnosis of ovary cancer.Combined detection of three kinds of serum tumor makers not only increases the detective positive rate but also is valuable to observe the curative rate and postoperative monitor of the ovary cancer.
