C-erbB-2与Ki-67在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及相关性研究

摘    要:目的探讨子宫内膜癌组织中C-erbB-2与Ki-67的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测62例子宫内膜癌组织中C-erbB-2蛋白与Ki-67蛋白表达情况。结果 62例子宫内膜癌组织中C-erbB-2蛋白阳性表达率为64.52%(40/62),C-erbB-2阳性表达随组织学病理分级的增加、手术病理分期进展及肌层浸润程度的加深,逐渐增高,但与有无淋巴结转移及组织学类型无关(P〉0.05)。Ki-67阳性表达率77.42%(48/62),Ki-67表达随组织学病理分级的增加、手术病理分期进展、肌层浸润程度的加深及有淋巴结转移,也渐增强,但与组织学类型无关(P〉0.05)。C-erbB-2和Ki-67的表达呈正相关(γ=0.283,P〈0.01)。结论 C-erbB-2与Ki-67的蛋白表达均与子宫内膜癌的浸润、进展有关,而Ki-67高表达预示盆腔淋巴结转移,联合检测可用来判断子宫内膜癌的恶性程度,两者均阳性表达提示子宫内膜癌恶性程度较高,预后不良。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the expression of C-erbB-2 and Ki-67and their correlations in endometrial carcinoma(EC).Methods Immunohistochemical SP stain methods was used to examine the expression of C-erbB-2 and Ki-67 in tissues from 62 patients with EC.Results The positive expression rate of C-erbB-2was 64.52%(40/62).The expression of C-erbB-2 was positively associated with surgical stage,histological grade,myometrium invasion(P〈 0.01).The expression of C-erbB-2 significantly increased with the progression of lesion.The expression of Ki-67 was positively associated with surgical stage,histological grade,myometrium invasion and lymphatic metastasis(P 〈0.05).Positive correlation was found between C-erbB-2 and Ki-67 expression(γ = 0.283,P〈0.01).Conclusion C-erbB-2 and Ki-67 may play an important role in the development of endometrial carcinoma.Detection of C-erbB-2 and Ki-67 may be useful in the prognosis of EC.
