刺激额区皮层对中脑网状结构痛敏神经元电活动的影响及与针刺效应的关系

摘    要:观察50只家兔刺激额区对中脑网状结构痛敏神经元电活动的影响及针刺效应,结果:227个痛敏神经元有145个痛兴奋神经元,刺激额区引起放电数目增加,82个痛抑制神经元,刺激额区引起放电数目减少或暂停。电针穴位,能使痛兴奋神经元电活动受到抑制;痛抑制神经元的抑制作用减弱或解除。提示:额区与中脑网状结构痛敏神经元的电活动有一定联系,并可能参与痛觉调制。

Abstract:We stimulated the frontal cortex of fifty rabbits and observed the effect of such stimulation on the electrical activity of pain sensitive neu- rons of the mesencephalic reticular formation,and the effect on acupuncture. The results are as follows:Among the 227 pain sensitive neurons observed, there were 145 pain excitatory neurons.When we stimulated the frontal cortex, such pain excitatory neurons showed an increased number of unit electrical dis- charges.We also observed the electrical activity of 82 pain inhibitory neurons. Stimulation of the frontal cortex led to a decrease in number of unit electrical discharges,and even a temporary stop. Electroacupuncturing led to the inhibition of the electrical activity of the pain excitatory neurons;but with the pain inhibitory neurons,electroacupuncturing led to a decrease or even an abolishment of their inhibitory effect.Our results show that there are some relationships between the frontal cortex and the pain sensitive neurons of the mesencephalic reticular formation,and such relationship may play a role in the modulation of the pain sensation.
