调经固冲汤联合克罗米芬对多囊卵巢综合征的实验研究

目的:通过建立多囊卵巢综合征动物模型,观察调经固冲汤联合克罗米芬对PCOS的治疗提供实验依据。方法:采用俞瑾造模法建立PCOS大鼠动物模型,称重随机再分为模型对照组、克罗米芬组、调经固冲汤组、调经固冲汤联合克罗米芬组。结果:调经固冲汤联合克罗米芬能使PCOS大鼠血睾酮,LH、LH/FSH的比值、胰岛素下降。结论:说明调经固冲汤联合克罗米芬能够调节PCOS大鼠异常性激素和糖代谢。

The Experiment Study of Effects of Tian Jing Gu Chong Decoctio and ClomIpheneCit-Rate for Poiycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective To investigate the effects Tiao Jing Gu Chong Decoction （TJD） and Clomlphene Cit-Rate（CC） in rats with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome （PCOS）and to explore the passible machanism. Methods The PCOS rats models are adopted to Yu Jing models.after The PCOS rats models are succeed, rats models are distributed into 4 groups by random. they are model black group ,ClomlpheneCit-Rate （CC）group ,TiaoJingGuChongDecoetio （TJD） group ,TJD And CC group black group,Results TJD And CC can decreased the level of serum Testosterone ,the level of serum LH,the level ratio of LH/FSH,the level of serum insulin,the level of weight, Conclusion It can restrain Insulin hypersecretion and reform glyocproteir turbulence.
