| 摘 要： | 溴大利亚建立了比较完善的社区老年照护服务体系，并将老年人的医疗护理、家庭护理和生活照料相对分离又有效衔接。政府是老年照护服务费用的主要支付方。澳大利亚政府强调，联邦和州政府有责任为老年人提供护理，但应尽可能居家或在社区解决，以降低护理成本，节约政府开支。
