北京市托幼园所儿童单纯性肥胖症的影响因素分析

目的:探讨北京市托幼园所儿童单纯性肥胖症的影响因素。方法:采取整群抽样的方法,选取北京市6所幼儿园2015名儿童为研究对象,测量身高、体重,按WHO身高标准体重值评价肥胖,通过问卷调查儿童进食行为、儿童在家庭中的饮食、生活运动行为、家庭生活和饮食活动状况等。采用单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析影响肥胖的因素。结果:进食量多,进食速度快,喜欢肉类食物,连续看电视1h以上和母亲肥胖可能是托幼园所儿童肥胖的影响因素。结论:对北京市托幼园所的肥胖儿童应从儿童饮食、生活行为习惯、家长认识、家庭环境等方面予以干预。

Influencing factors of simple obesity among children in kindergartens in Beijing

Objective:To explore the influencing factors of simple obesity among children in kindergartens in Beijing.Methods:With a cluster sampling method,2 015 children were selected in 6 kindergartens in Beijing.Obesity was evaluated by the WHO standard after measuring their height and weight.Dieting behaviors of children,daily activities in family,as well as their family members' activities were investigated.Results:Analysis indicated that eating more,eating fast,eating more meat,watching television above one hour consecutively,mother obesity were risk factors of simple obesity in kindergartens' children.Conclusion:The intervention should be conducted to the obesity children in Beijing kindergartens in dieting and life behaviors,parents' view and family environment.
