抗栓溶栓胶囊治疗超早期脑栓塞68例临床观察

摘    要:目的 :观察抗栓溶栓胶囊治疗超早期脑栓塞的临床疗效。方法 :治疗组 :36例 ,在发病 6 h内经 CT证实 ,立即在急诊口服抗栓溶栓胶囊 2粒 ,后每日 3次 ,每次 2粒 ,连用 2周 ,同时静脉常规应用 :维脑路通 +神经能量合剂静滴 2周。对照组 :32例 ,口服尼莫地平片 ,2 0 m g/次 ,3次 /日 ,常规应用维脑路通 +神经能量合剂 ,静滴 2周。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 72 % ,对照组为 4 1% ,两组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :抗栓溶栓胶囊对超早期脑栓塞有较好的疗效。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of anti-thrombus and thrombolytic capsule in the treatment of ultraearly cerebral embolism. Methods: Sixty-eight patients with cerebral embolism, confirmed by CT within 6h , were randomly divided into treatment group(36 cases) and control group(32 cases).Each of the treatment group received 2 capsules, (orally,once every 8h) for 2 weeks.Each of both control group received Nimodipine, 20mg, orally once every 8h for 2 weeks. Each of both groups received venoruton and energy-compounds(i.v.q.d.) for 2 weeks. Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 72%,higher than that in the control group(41%). There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01). Conclusion: Anti-thrombus and thrombolytic capsule is effective in treating patients with cerebral embolism.
