应用PVEP自率空间频率刺激疗法治疗儿童弱视的临床观察

目的观察图像视觉诱发电位(PVEP)自率空间频率眼、脑联合训练疗法治疗儿童弱视的疗效。方法治疗组:260例(420只眼),采用PVEP自率空间频率眼、脑联合训练刺激疗法治疗;对照组:86例(152只眼),采用遮盖法及红光闪烁精细目力训练法治疗。根据弱视儿童的发病年龄、弱视类型、弱视程度分析治疗效果。结果两组患者年龄越小治愈率越高;弱视程度越轻治愈效果越好;屈光不正型弱视疗效最高。治疗组的效果优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论PVEP自率空间频率刺激疗法对治疗学龄前及学龄期儿童弱视均有显著疗效。

PVEP SPACE FREQUENCY STIMULATION THERAPY IN TREATING CHILD AMBLYOPIA

Objective To explore the curative effects of picture visual evoked potential(PVEP) space frequency stimulation therapy on amblyopia.Methods 420 eyes in 260 cases in the treatment group received PVEP space frequency stimulation therapy.152 eyes in 86 cases in the contrast group were treated with the traditional eye-corering and red-light flashing training methods.The curative effects were analyzed according to the age of Children,and the type and the degree of amblyopia.Results The younger the patients were,and the slighter the amblyopia was the better curative effects were got.Best results were obtained in treating ametropia.Better curative effects were got in the treatment group than in the contrast group(P<0.01).Conclusion PVEP Space frequency stimulation therapy works well for pre-school and school age children.
