| 摘 要： | 以护理学科成为一级学科为契机,结合国内外的实践经验及研究成果,探讨护理学科在新形势下的发展思路。进一步构建从本科到博士的高等护理人才培养模式,探索专科化护理人才的培养和实践模式;建设护理学科的多元化、国际化的研究团队,运用科学方法论,形成重点专科研究方向和明确发展定位,提升护理科研水平;转化护理科研成果,更好地为社会提供服务,提高临床护理质量;营造科研创新文化,建立健全管理体系和创新机制,不断推动护理学科的可持续性发展。
