| 摘 要： | 子前期是妊娠期特有疾病之一,以妊娠期高血压和蛋白尿为主要临床表现,如不进行有效治疗,可进一步发展为子,并可产生心血管、肾脏、脑、血液、消化等各系统的严重并发症,严重威胁孕产妇及新生儿的生命。子前期发病机制尚未完全明确,目前认为胎盘低灌注是其病理基础,引起母体血管内皮细胞损伤,从而导致全身各系统功能障碍。文章主要对子前期-子并发症的发生机制、发病率以及研究进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Pre-eclampsia is a disorder that is unique to pregnancy,with gestational hypertension and proteinuria as main clinical manifestations.Without proper management,pre-eclampsia may develop to eclampsia and cause a series of complications involving cardiovascular,renal,neurologic,hematologic and gastrointestinal systems,which may threaten lives of mothers and infants.The pathogenesis of pre-eclampsia is still unclear,and reduced placental perfusion is considered to be the pathological mechanism,which may result... |
